TW200 Review
Date:March 17, 2013
I bought this little runabout over a year ago and I use it to work on the ranch. I really enjoy driving it but it has some inherent problems. I didn't have it more than 3 weeks when it started a squealing noise in the rear end so now I have to keep the chain and disk brake greased up. Within 6 weeks the choke would stay on and the engine would race so fast you couldn't shift the gear. I throttled it down and then it wouldn't start at all. I took it in for repair and the mechanic took the carburetor apart and cleaned it up thinking there could have been some bad gas. We refilled the tank with fresh gas and it started OK for a few days and then the same thing over again. Now when I park it I have to leave it in gear, use starter fluid and start and drive all in one motion. The choke eventually throttles back but I have to keep it idling because it refuses to restart without the starter fluid. I think maybe it needs a manual choke. After reading other reviews and seeing the same problems, it would be nice if the manufacturer owned up to these problems and offered a recall. I wonder if the more recent manufactured UTV's have the same problem?

I love the design and concept of this product but I have had quite a few problems. The fist time I rode this vehicle it shut off with me several times. I found a plug not plugged in all the way. The next problem I had was the starter relay went out. I replaced it my self with a heavier relay. No more problems with that. Next the pressure switch that operates the brake light and start safety when out. I put in a switch of my own. No more problems with that. Next one rear wheel is warped and the center of the wheel is not centered. This was not much of a problem until I put a defferent type tire on it and now it bounces up and down. I have ordered a new wheel. Next the choke solenoid when out. Now it is hard to start and won't idle. I have ordered a new one, hope it fixes the problem. I am a mechanic so I can fix these problems myself. But if your not these repairs could be expensive. I really like my utv but I think they should have used better componets to build it. And maybe a better QC department.

TW200 fun
Date:December 27, 2012
After purchasing the UTV you MUST read the owners manual. This UTV requires some maintenance and adjustments soon after you run it. I found mine to be very low on oil upon delivery.. The shift cables required adjustment after initial use as explained in the manual(they stretch a bit) . Also I had to reset my idle,it was too fast to allow the transmission to shift into gear easily. The manual explains how to do it and its easy. Also order some extra oil filters from the builder. The TS Store had none and no one locally had them.Overall its a fun ride and easy to operate.

Worth the Money
Date:December 21, 2012
I have 110 acres in West Texas. I use this little machine to move feed and tools around the property. Its the right size for what I need. I recommend replacing the battery with something more substantial. I put Berrymans in the tires and have had no problems with flats. I used pipe insulation around the roll bars and added a soft top. I really like the tool racks on the side which is pretty handy. I have been running around the ranch for the past year in all types of weather and have had no problems. I have changed the oil at 5 and 40 hrs. We have some pretty rough terrain out here and I have put it through the paces. I really have enjoyed the vehicle and can recommend it.

Too Cute!!
Date:March 11, 2012
My husband bought me this for Christmas. I love it. It is easy to start even in cold weather. It is easy to drive and so much more fun then walking.Lol. I use it mostly to run to the neighbors houses and we plan to take it to the atv park close to us when it warms up some. This unit fits me well..I am 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. But my husband who weighs more then twice what I do, enjoys it too. We are very comfortable in it.We did get a sheet of plexiglass and made a windshield for it, and another for the roof. The lights work great if I get caught in the dark. It does have a wobble on the drivers tires. We are going to get some nice tires for it soon and hope that will fix the problem.

Would not purchase another!!
Date:December 20, 2011
We saw this product at our local TS, was just the right size for my sister in law. She's small and 41 years old. Bought it, very happy to start with. But with only 6 hours it started making a noise in rear axle. It turned out to be a missing bolt on brake caliper. With only @ 15 hrs Engine went bad. Took over six weeks to repair. Owner said he was waiting on the manufactor to decide route to take for repair. Lots of back and forth phone calls as I understand it. Finally got it BACK will see if it last or not. We only had it 3 weeks, been in shop longer than she,s riden it . By the way the folks at TS were very helpful to us. I SAY BUYER BEWARE

I got my moneys worth
Date:June 10, 2011
I purchased a Trail wagon and am enjoying it very much. However,There were issues.
Some of the roll bar bushings were not tapped(threaded) at the factory.
Some parts did not fit properly. example, the hood is 1/8 inch too wide.Removed some from each side and reinstalled. Now I need to repaint the hood.
The next one would drive some people crazy, but I can almost live with it."THE DECALS WERE APPLIED CROOKED"
TSC stated that the engine was by Honda. Not right but close. It runs great and the price was right.
I think I got my moneys worth.

Layaway saved the day, got my UTV side by side.
Date:March 15, 2011
I placed this UTV on layaway on Trailwagon 200 from the show room floor on Feb 20th 2011,. I was immediately taken by this small side by side., I fell for it.. 3 weeks later, my husband hauled it home...I was riding within an hour...
For three years I looked for a ATV , a UTV ,with slow , non jumpy start and stops gently when the gas is let go,and I found it... For a small women like me This Side by side is as safe as it can get. I am 5 foot tall and a wopping 110 lbs. A big ATV is not for me...This little UTV, is perect for what I do ..I love ride the back roads of our private community, ride through wooded trail rides to the fishing stream ,,take group rides with friends of our commnity, I do basically everything an thier ATV 4x4 can do without the power to climb. No loss, since I would NEVER climb... NOw! The woods are mine. It has small dump truck on the back, cupholders everywhere, tools or other holders and accessories galore!.. So.. if you dont have alot of cash, like me, take a look at this. Perfect for small women and older kids.. I love it..
